Refund & Digital Product Policy

Thank you for supporting Politically Yours. This policy explains the terms for purchases, digital products, memberships, and donations.

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded:

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Refunds for digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis in cases of duplicate purchases or confirmed technical errors.

If you purchase physical merchandise:

Items may be eligible for return or exchange within [14 or 30] days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Return instructions will be provided upon request.

Membership fees are billed as described at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
You may cancel future recurring payments at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly.

Donations are voluntary contributions that support the mission of Politically Yours.

If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error, please contact us. We will investigate and issue appropriate corrections if necessary.
